FocusDrift is a self-management tool for focus and productivity — not medical advice. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple, with a free trial; you can cancel any time in your iPhone settings.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using FocusDrift ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of apps from the App Store. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What FocusDrift is — and is not
FocusDrift helps you start and stay on tasks, run focus timers, log medications and mood, and work through difficult moments. It is a productivity and self-management tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and does not provide medical, psychological, or pharmaceutical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medication, treatment, or mental-health concerns. Reminders and logs in the app are for your own organisation and must not be relied on as the sole means of managing medication.
3. FocusDrift Pro subscription
- FocusDrift Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly (£2.99) or yearly (£19.99), with prices shown in the app and adjusted by Apple for your region.
- New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you will be charged the listed price.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renew, in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
4. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies — see Apple Support. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use the Body Double AI feature to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. The AI feature provides supportive, general prompts and may occasionally produce inaccurate responses; it is not a substitute for professional support.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content are owned by the developer and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
